Delete Your Baltazar Account

If you’d like to delete your Baltazar account and associated data, please submit the request using the form on this page.

What we need from you

• Phone number used to sign up (with country code)
  
• In-app username (optional, but helpful)
  
• Reason for deletion (optional)
  
• Confirmation that you understand deletion is permanent
  

How we verify

We’ll contact you via the phone number you provide in the form. This must match the phone number registered to your Baltazar account. Once confirmed, your deletion request will be processed.

What gets deleted

• Profile (username, avatar)
  
• Match history and rankings linked to your account
  
• Friends/blocks list
  
• Inventory, rewards, and in-game purchases tied to your account identity*
  

*Note: Platform purchase records (e.g., Google Play receipts) remain with the store and are not controlled by Baltazar.

What we may retain (minimal and anonymized)

We may keep transaction and security logs required for fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance. These records are anonymized, not used to identify you, and are retained only for the legally required period.

Processing time

Verified requests are processed within 7 days. You’ll receive an SMS or email confirmation once deletion is complete.

If you contact us before processing is complete, we’ll do our best to cancel the request.
